Hier ist die Kopie eines Mails von mir an einen Radiomacher in Fort Bragg, CA:

Written Word Radio, Friday May 6th 2011, 10pm to 3 am
with Marco Mc Clean,
Hi Marco,
on that evening, I was at the Best Western hotel in Fort Bragg, behind the old railway bridge, and I couldn't stop listening to you till 3 am. And for the rest of the night I couldn't sleep.
I am an 69 years old retired Swiss civil engineer on a three months stay in California. Part time, I work with organic farmers, part time I visit relatives and I also do some traveling. After 2 months listening to American radio stations, i wrote in my blog what I found out about American broadcasting. The best (or least bad) group was NPR, the only station I could receive during the three weeks in the forest of Annapolis (Sonoma).
But after I heard your "Written Word Radio", I must revise my meaning and I will add a new group "Excellent Radio" to my blog. After 9 weeks USA, that seemed to me the best I ever heard on Radio, I couldn't believe to be even in liberal Mendocino.
Now I have a question: do you have a DVD of that Friday night? I would like to hear it once again, and then I must play it for my friends and for somebody I know who works at a Swiss Radio Station (Rabe Bern, Switzerland). Is it possible that you mail a copy to my Swiss address, I will be glad to pay you a fair price.
Till now, I had a great time in California, and I have met so many special people here (when you have time to listen to somebody, you will sure find out that he is special).
Right now, I am relaxing in a Casino in Reno after a stormy night in my tent on a closed National Forest Campground in the Trinity National Forest and an after other night in a old Frontier Motel. That is the probably the only thing what Casinos are good for. On May 31st, I will fly back to Switzerland, the American Government doesn't want me to spend my money longer here. There would be so much more to see, to learn and to learn to avoid.
You see, I don't know much of the American language, but I hope you found out what I want to say. You sound great! Thank you.
In the years 1967/68 I have worked in Virginia with a green card. Later I toured often with my bicycle in the US, once from the Pacific to the Atlantic. I still hope for a better America after the crash of the American Capitalistic System.
The air conditioning in my fine hotel room is nearly as loud as the storm in the Trinity National Forest. They want to have me in the casino hall, not alone in bed. This big guys with their keep-people-stupid-program are so clever. They want my money. But I have my ear plugs and my Bach music with me.
My home address is:

Brunnenstrasse 5

Now I have just written the additional part "Excellent Radio" to my blog about American broadcasting. Isn't that clever? I only have to re-translate it to German language. Or even better, I let it in my poor (funny?) English
